Senior Specialist, Payroll Administration

Overview

In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing across EMEA, ensuring accurate compensation and deductions while supporting regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain data integrity, generate payroll reports, and assist audits. You’ll address employee inquiries with clear, timely support and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the chance to shape payroll operations and ensure client-focused, risk-aware controls. You work primarily with SAP/Oracle and Excel to deliver reliable payroll outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for EMEA regions with emphasis on Luxembourg (Lux)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely payroll settlement
• Support compliance with federal, state/local regulations, tax withholdings and reporting
• Generate payroll reports and assist audits by providing documentation
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and provide issue resolution

Key requirements

• Experience with EMEA payrolls, especially Luxembourg
• French language would be extremely beneficial but is not essential
• Ability to work independently and initiate process improvements
• Client-focused with strong communication, risk, and controls orientation
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with SAP and Oracle
• Familiarity with NGA/Alight/Strada is an advantage
