In this role, you will help design, set up and optimize commercial strategies for major programmes. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate client visions into practical commercial solutions and drive value across the asset lifecycle. You will influence delivery by shaping commercial models, incentivisation, and operating approaches within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Responsibilities

  • Articulate strategic levers for outcomes-driven commercial environments
  • Guide clients on optimal commercial approaches across the asset lifecycle
  • Translate client vision into realistic commercial solutions, including incentivisation
  • Deploy and optimise commercial management strategies, processes, tools and tailored methodologies
  • Collaborate with diverse teams internally and externally
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
  • Support change management initiatives
  • Contribute to development of commercial service transformation products and methodologies
  • Identify and progress business generation opportunities with senior leadership and wider teams

Key requirements

  • Deep understanding of infrastructure, defence and/or energy and natural resources markets
  • Awareness of the commercial lifecycle and its role in client delivery
  • Experience delivering projects in commercial or transformational environments
  • Familiarity with construction industry context, models and initiatives (e.g., Construction Playbook, Project 13)
  • Familiarity with relevant procurement regulations
  • Qualified or near-qualified in MCIPS, RICS or equivalent (desirable)
  • Experience leading and managing multiple projects with quality delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear client insights
