In this role you will oversee a 3 million project near Twickenham, coordinating on-site delivery for a leading contractor. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements, maintain safety standards, and drive timely completion within budget. Responsibilities
- Manage construction aspects from planning consent through to completion
- Provide input on risks, buildability and programme
- Supervise the project to meet client conditions and requirements
- Oversee sub-contractors and construction workers
- Ensure Health and Safety across sites
- Identify decisions and arrangements needed to deliver projects
- Support self-development and the development of others
- Utilize strong communication, structural and influencing skills
- Track and manage multiple schemes concurrently
Key requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Highly motivated with a growth mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities with minimal instruction
