Project Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will coordinate deployment projects for a global client, ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders and teams. You will organize documentation, schedules, and training to enable site readiness. You help manage timelines, risks, and budgets while supporting deployment technicians. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to keep projects on track and deliver reliable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project documentation folders and ensure proper storage of all project-related materials
• Manage project data using Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and planning tools such as ServiceNow or Odoo
• Regularly update project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions for deployment technicians
• Provide ongoing support to technicians and ensure access to necessary resources and tools
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on milestones, risks, and challenges
• Serve as primary point of contact for site access approvals and time management updates
• Oversee site access processes and ensure compliance with access requirements
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; resolve issues and escalate when needed
• Track and manage deployment invoicing and assist with budget oversight
• Plan and schedule project activities and manage Jira tickets to monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks

Key requirements

• Experience in project coordination within deployment, technology, or IT projects
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and planning platforms such as ServiceNow or Odoo
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
