Overview

In this role you partner with EMEA pods and business groups to identify high-value AI use cases and shape practical solution designs. You bridge regional teams with the firm’s AI resources and guide enablement to make AI part of everyday work. You provide light technical support and help track adoption and impact to inform firm-wide capabilities. This role blends research, engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to advance AI-enabled investment research.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value AI use cases with EMEA teams and shape practical solution designs
  • Act as bridge between regional teams and firm-wide AI resources to surface capabilities
  • Lead enablement efforts through teach-ins, tooling literacy, and best practices
  • Provide light-touch technical support to unblock teams without owning production systems
  • Track adoption and impact with simple metrics and relay insights to capability teams

Key requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing product, solution-engineering, or forward-deployed role
  • Experience with early-stage/startup environments a plus
  • Solid grasp of AI, solution design, and engineering practices
  • Proficiency in Python, modern LLM tooling, model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and SQL/data; hands-on engineering a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree; STEM background preferred
  • Experience gathering requirements from non-technical users and translating to usable solutions
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and investment research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with senior investment professionals
  • Strong product instinct, bias to action, ability to operate with ambiguity
