Overview

In this role you will contribute to a growing corporate team in Bristol, handling a varied caseload with meaningful responsibility from day one. You will work with entrepreneurial businesses, established companies and investors, collaborating across the firm to broaden your practice and profile in the local market. The role emphasizes direct client contact, complex transactions and a supportive, team-first culture. You will help shape deals and corporate matters that drive growth and client value.

Responsibilities

• Take on significant responsibility from day one and contribute to deal outcomes
• Develop and expand your own practice within the team and local market
• Engage directly with clients on complex, varied transactions
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues across the firm on a broad range of corporate work
• Advise entrepreneurial businesses, established companies and investors on mergers, restructures, shareholder arrangements, and general company law

Key requirements

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in corporate law
• Strong grounding in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements, and general company law
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
