Contract Manager

Overview

In this role you support the in-house legal team and sales organization to drive complex contract negotiations to closure. You will project-manage legal elements of major revenue-generating opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional partners. You’ll help with AI initiatives, template management, and contract tools, shaping risk-aware agreements and scalable processes. The position sits in a fast-paced tech environment, offering meaningful impact on Fireblocks’ SaaS offerings and digital asset operations. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, sales and marketing to enable secure, scalable transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on a wide variety of contracts, including strategic license and services agreements
• Coordinate negotiations across cross-functional teams to push opportunities to closure
• Collaborate with legal and business partners to improve deal lifecycle efficiency
• Develop and refine template documents and provide implementation guidance
• Leverage AI tools to drive contract processes and efficiency
• Stay informed on new technologies, products, and practice areas

Key requirements

• Strong foundation in commercial contracting and legal concepts
• Experience in technology companies or technology-focused law firms
• Background in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
• Experience negotiating complex technology transactions globally
• Excellent attention to detail in oral and written communications
