Responsibilities

• Advise on complex private wealth disputes, including high-value matters
• Lead or support disputes involving wills validity, Inheritance Act, trustee/executor disputes, and trust litigation
• Handle professional negligence claims linked to estate/trust administration
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations with minimal supervision
• Contribute to growth of the team through business development and networking
• Collaborate with senior specialists to deliver high-quality, technically sound outcomes
• Assist in cross-functional collaboration across the private wealth practice

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 7 years’ PQE in Contentious Trusts & Estates or related private wealth disputes
• Strong technical knowledge and experience handling complex matters with minimal supervision
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic dispute resolution approach
• Demonstrable interest in networking, business development and profile raising
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
