Responsibilities
- Run a caseload of child protection cases
- Advise social workers on legal strategy
- Present cases to Court in strong, well-prepared form
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, no-cost-target environment
Key requirements
- Legally entitled to conduct litigation – Solicitor or Legal Executive with practicing rights in family law
- Experience in child protection or children law (minimum acceptable level stated)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
