Responsibilities
- Work on a broad range of funds finance transactions (e.g., capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest, SMA)
- Advise both lenders and borrowers on facilities and structures
- Collaborate with finance, funds, and regulatory teams to deliver commercially oriented solutions
- Contribute to high-quality drafting and documentation for fund-related facilities
Key requirements
- 1-5 years PQE in an international or leading regional firm
- Experience with capital call, hybrid, GP, management fee, co-invest or NAV/asset-backed facilities
- Understanding of fund structures and partnership documentation
- Strong drafting skills and excellent academics
- Team player with client-focused mindset and willingness to business develop
