Overview
In this role you will support a leading Agricultural Property team on strategic land and development matters, advising landowners on complex transactions and renewable energy projects. You will mentor junior lawyers and work closely with Partners to grow the practice. The position offers hybrid working and a clear path for long-term career progression in a specialist, client-focused environment. You will help shape high-quality client outcomes in a collaborative setting with substantial room to influence the team’s development.
Responsibilities
- Strategic land and development work
- Agricultural property sales and acquisitions
- Renewable energy and clean energy projects
- Acting exclusively for landowner clients
- Supervising and developing junior lawyers
- Working closely with Partners and a collaborative specialist team
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE
- Background in Commercial Property or Agricultural Property
- Experience with development or strategic land (advantageous)
- Mentoring others and building strong client relationships
- Desire to establish oneself within a market-leading specialist team
