Project Manager with MS Dynamics CRM

Overview

In this role you will lead MS Dynamics CRM projects for an international client, shaping the CRM solutions to fit organizational processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based CRM configurations, customizations, and data migrations, from design through go-live and post-implementation support. You will advise stakeholders on best practices and ensure effective communication of status and issues. This is an opportunity to drive CRM architecture, integration, and governance in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MS Dynamics CRM projects from planning to go-live
• Architect and customize Dynamics CRM systems, portals, and reports
• Develop data migration and integration mappings
• Write technical specifications and support post go-live issues
• Guide daily customer communications and project progress
• Collaborate in design/architecture sessions and advise on best practices
• Install CRM components and related tools (e.g., Scribe)
• Provide ongoing application support and issue resolution

Key requirements

• 5+ years of proven MS Dynamics CRM experience
• MS Dynamics CRM Online 2016 Update 1 in Cloud
• Ability to write .Net interfaces (Web services, WCF) around Dynamics CRM
• Experience with data migration and integration mappings
• Experience in designing CRM architecture, customizations, and reports
• Strong stakeholder communication and project governance skills
• Agile and/or Prince2 background, with certification preferred
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
