Senior Housing Management Officer (ASB & Domestic Abuse)

Overview

In questa role you will drive targeted interventions for ASB and domestic abuse within a local authority, focusing on safeguarding residents and sustaining tenancies. You will act as the primary contact for complex cases, coordinating with victims, perpetrators and partner agencies. Your work will balance compassionate, evidence-based risk management with enforcement where needed. You will help shape long-term solutions and contribute to a safer, more stable community. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of ASB and domestic abuse cases, including high-risk and complex situations.
• Conduct interviews and risk assessments with victims and perpetrators.
• Collaborate with police, legal teams, mental health services, and other partners.
• Prepare legal documentation and represent the council in court when required.
• Support tenancy sustainment and reduce the risk of tenancy failure.
• Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed and residents are protected.
