Manager, Product Management

Overview

In this role, you drive product initiatives that enable seamless movement between digital assets and fiat, focusing on card issuance, acceptance, and emerging Web3 flows. You will lead go-to-market and client engagement for new products, andOwn product management for new segments such as Prediction Markets and Tokenized Securities. You’ll collaborate with sales, engineering, risk, and regional teams to deliver scalable, compliant experiences and help scale global programs. Your work supports Mastercard’s mission to advance digital asset adoption within a secure, multi-rail payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Advance product management for new card constructs enabling near real-time settlement and collateral reduction
• Lead GTM and client engagement for new crypto/fiat solutions across issuer, acquirer, and stablecoin partners
• Own product strategy and execution for segments like Prediction Markets, Tokenized Securities, and Agentic Commerce
• Support crypto cards and on-ramp initiatives (crypto payments via Mastercard cards)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, risk, and regional teams to deliver scalable, compliant products
• Contribute to evolution of franchise rules, risk frameworks, and regulatory alignment for digital asset transactions

Key requirements

• prior product management experience in payments, fintech, or digital assets
• strong understanding of crypto payments and card networks
• knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and Web3 use cases
