Business Analyst – Information Management and Digital Transformation

Overview

As a Business Analyst at Assystem, you will bridge business, engineering and technology to drive large-scale digital transformations. You’ll ensure information flows align with enterprise solutions and support adoption of new ways of working. You will guide stakeholders through PLM/ALM and information management initiatives, leveraging enterprise platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE and Asset Suite 9. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into sustainable business outcomes and improve data quality and processes. This role offers impact across engineering, asset management and operations in a globally connected team.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage Information Requirements and traceability across projects
• Support PLM, ALM and Information Management implementations
• Analyze information flows and model business processes with BPMN
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to align requirements with solutions
• Oversee multiple projects, ensure quality, schedule and business objectives
• Develop communication materials, training content and guidance for digital adoption

Key requirements

• 5+ years in Business Analysis within large-scale digital transformation or enterprise systems
• Proven ability to elicit and manage business, functional and information requirements
• Experience with requirements management, traceability and change control
• Process modelling experience using BPMN or similar
• Experience supporting digital transformation and change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management across disciplines and levels
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, asset management or project delivery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for process flows and stakeholder maps
• Excellent facilitation, communication and workshop leadership skills
