Supply Chain Manager

Overview

As Supply Chain Manager at Teledyne, you will shape the end-to-end supply chain strategy to enable growth and cost efficiency. You will align procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehousing with company goals, driving synergies across the business. You’ll lead a high-performing team, implement enabling technologies, and manage risk and compliance to ensure reliable, ethical operations. This role offers impact across diverse, technology-driven markets and a chance to drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to boost efficiency and support growth
• Oversee sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations
• Direct logistics, warehousing, and distribution, optimizing networks for timely deliveries
• Create inventory and demand planning processes in collaboration with Sales/Operations
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team with a continuous improvement mindset
• Evaluate and implement supply chain technologies (ERP and Power BI) to improve efficiency and visibility
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years in supply chain management with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain processes, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
• Professional certifications such as CIPS
