Responsibilities

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday Talent & Performance
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies to design functional solutions
• Support workshops and discussions aligned with Talent & Performance expertise
• Liaise with client counterparts, vendors, and Workday to deliver a robust solution
• Contribute to innovation through new methods and assets
• Enable effective client interactions and delivery, including travel as required

Key requirements

• Experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as a consultant or leading this work in a client organization
• Ability to travel for client engagements and manage teams and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, English fluency
