In this role, you will support client billing and e-billing activities within our Glasgow office, contributing to accurate and timely invoicing. You will work with the Billing and E-Billing teams to handle standard workflows and complex billing actions, using the Cherwell system and LEDES formats where appropriate. The role sits in a client-focused function that underpins financial processes in a global law practice. Responsibilities

  • Process client billing requests and related activity in Cherwell and standard billing workflow tools.
  • Support complex billing actions and related processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices for the E-Billing team in LEDES format.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate billing records.
  • Maintain organised and methodical work practices in a professional services setting.

Key requirements

  • Experience in a finance function, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong numeric, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • Knowledge of 3e or equivalent practice management system is beneficial but not required
