Senior Manager, Sustainable Infrastructure – Oil and Gas

Overview

In this role you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact ESG and infrastructure projects for oil and gas clients, spanning upstream to downstream assets. You’ll shape strategy, manage business development and ensure quality delivery, while expanding Palladium’s footprint in energy infrastructure. You will work with partners and cross-functional teams to drive inclusive growth, community resilience, and private-sector engagement in emerging markets. This is a leadership slot in the London-based Sustainable Infrastructure group focused on oil & gas assets and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver client-focused results across complex assignments
• Oversee proposals, budgeting, planning, implementation, and reporting for timely delivery
• Identify and manage partners and subcontractors to strengthen technical quality
• Ensure contract-compliant delivery by partners and inputs
• Act as Project Director, assuring deliverables, budgets, client relationships, and performance
• Contribute to identifying and pursuing oil & gas opportunities and related infrastructure engagements
• Lead technical input on ESG and impact initiatives for pipelines, LNG terminals, shipping/logistics, and refining
• Support research, analyses, and publications on ESG in energy, community resilience, and regional development
• Develop and maintain relationships with external technical experts to support Palladium projects
• Stay informed on oil & gas sector trends and ESG target changes for clients across value chain
• Collaborate with EGNC Portfolio to grow Palladium’s capabilities in mining contexts

Key requirements

• 7+ years in senior-level, client-facing management on large private/public sector projects related to oil & gas or related infrastructure
• 5+ years directly working with oil & gas companies, operators, or infrastructure developers
• Fluency in English and at least one other language (French preferred, or Spanish/Arabic/Portuguese)
• Strong networks in oil & gas and energy infrastructure
• Experience managing cross-geography teams and familiarity with emerging market contexts
• Proven track record in business development and leveraging networks to cultivate new clients
