Overview
In this role, you will lead the UK seller growth and logistics adoption by creating industry-specific logistics solutions and compelling propositions. You’ll collaborate with front-end, operations, product, and commercial teams to design scalable and customised models that fit seller profiles. You’ll analyse performance and market factors to identify growth opportunities and optimize solutions over time. This position offers a meaningful impact by shaping logistics strategies that enable seller success in the UK e-commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the UK seller growth strategy for logistics and identify addressable seller segments
- Analyse seller performance, logistics behaviour and industry characteristics to uncover growth opportunities and barriers
- Design industry-specific logistics solutions based on seller attributes (parcel profile, AOV, delivery needs, cost sensitivity, CX)
- Develop differentiated propositions across key industries and seller segments
- Create B2C and B2B logistics solutions covering different fulfilment models
- Act as logistics solutions interface for front-end teams and translate requirements into scalable or customised solutions
- Own logistics solution design across the seller journey (onboarding, pickup/drop-off, delivery, returns, exceptions, CX)
- Conduct customised rate-card and cost analyses to build viable propositions
- Build cost models and business cases to evaluate economics, competitiveness, and scalability
- Collaborate with Carrier Ops, Seller Ops, Product, Finance, Commercial and Account Management to launch and optimise solutions
- Monitor adoption, volume growth, penetration, cost and CX; iterate based on results
- Perform market and competitor research to identify emerging models, pricing strategies and opportunities in the UK
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years in e-commerce logistics, seller growth, logistics solutions, commercial strategy or logistics product operations
- Strong understanding of e-commerce seller operations and end-to-end parcel logistics
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in business case development, cost modelling or pricing analysis
- Ability to translate complex seller/business requirements into practical logistics solutions
- Excellent communication, business negotiation, cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
