Overview

In this role, you will advise on a broad range of real estate finance transactions for lenders and borrowers, supporting the firm’s property finance practice. You will collaborate with the wider team to deliver client-focused solutions and develop specialist knowledge. The position offers exposure to diverse finance matters, from development lending to refinancing, within a fast-paced, professional environment. You will help drive business development and strengthen client relationships, contributing to the team’s growth and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate finance transactions across loans related to property sales and acquisitions
• Handle development finance and refinancing matters
• Support estate and asset management work
• Work with mainstream banks, bridging lenders, challenger banks, peer-to-peer platforms, and private borrowers
• Maintain and develop specialist knowledge in real estate finance
• Collaborate across the wider team
• Participate in business development and referral opportunities

Key requirements

• 2-4 years PQE
• Exposure to real estate finance, directly or via commercial property
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
