Salesforce Business Analyst – Investment Management

Overview

As a Salesforce Business Analyst in Asset Management Platforms, you will help maximise business value from Salesforce-driven change. You’ll work with global stakeholders to translate complex problems into clear requirements and drive delivery across in-flight programmes to production. You will test ideas through proof-of-value concepts and support data integration to enable joined-up client journeys. This role offers a chance to explore AI-enabled productivity while shaping client engagement capabilities in a regulated, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into actionable requirements
• Gather, document and validate requirements with prioritisation and traceability
• Contribute to proof-of-value and proof-of-concept work to de-risk delivery
• Support data integration linking Salesforce with upstream/downstream platforms
• Explore emerging AI capabilities to enhance productivity and client engagement

Key requirements

• Solid BA experience in Salesforce change delivery, ideally in financial services or regulated environments
• Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Certified Business Analyst preferred; Sales Cloud/Service Cloud consultancy certifications desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical skills: business process modelling, elicitation, diagramming, workshop facilitation
• Understanding of how business, data and technology changes fit to achieve outcomes
• Proficient in technical diagramming/whiteboarding tools
• High-quality requirements documentation and strong written/verbal communication
• Experience across different capabilities/systems and end-to-end SDLC knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
