Manager, Portfolio, Program & Deployment Services Change Manager – Global

Overview

In this role you will define and drive change management strategies for large initiatives within Deloitte Technology. You will build stakeholder engagement, readiness, and deployment plans to enable successful adoption of new solutions. You will work cross-functionally with Deloitte Technology, business units, and member firms to deliver measurable impact. You will lead risk management, communications, and go-live readiness to ensure smooth transitions. Responsibilities

• Define change management scope, strategy, and deliverables for initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, engagement, and readiness assessments
• Develop change toolkit and processes across multiple projects
• Lead change/ deployment activities and risk management across channels
• Create go-live readiness artifacts and deployment schedules
• Prepare audience-specific communications and dashboards for sponsors and leaders
• Maintain oversight of program performance with delivery metrics and value tracking
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and eco-partners to execute initiatives

Key requirements

• Prosci Certified
• Change management experience
• Demonstrated SAFe/Agile project experience with SDLC knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strategic, cross-functional thinker with ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Strong planning, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork experience
• Experience working with blended onshore/offshore teams and contractors
