You will shape operating models, drive organizational change, and quantify business value, working with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. You act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva data and software to solve critical challenges. Responsibilities

• Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects with accountability for delivery across multiple teams
• Own and drive business development for the R&D BC practice, targeting deals exceeding $1M
• Manage and mentor consulting teams, shaping professional growth and delivery standards
• Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in R&D domains
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging data and software to address critical challenges

Key requirements

• 10+ years of R&D Life Sciences consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
• Deep domain knowledge in Clinical Data/Operations and Life Sciences landscape
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior customer relationships
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
