Responsibilities

• Manage a high-quality caseload of residential conveyancing matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handle transfers of equity and remortgages
• Oversee complex, high-value, bespoke transactions
• Provide clear, expert guidance to clients throughout the process
• Support growth and development of the Bristol office
• Maintain excellent client care and professional standards

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Experience at Senior Associate or Partner level
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex matters independently
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, organized, and commercially aware approach
• Confidence handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal case management systems
