Overview

In this Lead Consultant role, you anchor the engagement from problem definition through solution design, development and deployment. You guide teams on project processes and deliverables, acting as a domain thought leader in architecture and design reviews. You lead business pursuit initiatives, client trainings and in-house capability building to shape value-adding consulting solutions. The position supports clients’ digital transformation journeys, including cloud and AI, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. A strong emphasis on collaboration, governance, and stakeholder alignment underpins the impact you will drive.

Responsibilities

• Anchor the engagement across business process consulting to solution delivery
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables
• Advise on architecture and design reviews
• Lead business pursuit initiatives, client training and internal capability building
• Shape value-adding consulting solutions to meet evolving client needs

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Kanban, SharePoint
• Proficient in MS Project, Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, ServiceNow, Remedy, Clarity, KeyedIn, CMT
• Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery environments and Agile best practices
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional, multi-vendor teams
• Strong experience in project governance (scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change control, risk)
• Extensive end-to-end project lifecycle delivery experience
• Solid BFSI domain expertise with regulatory and transformation knowledge
• PMP/Prince/Scrum certifications preferred
