Overview

As Technical Deployment Lead, you drive end-to-end AI deployments for strategic enterprise customers, translating business goals into technical roadmaps and orchestrating cross-functional execution. You shape architecture strategy, manage data governance, and navigate executive-level trade-offs to ensure successful production transitions and measurable business impact. You will collaborate with the Delta squad and deployment teams to deliver high-value AI solutions while traveling up to 30% for engagements. This role combines software engineering depth with leadership to accelerate cloud-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define deployment goals with strategic customers and qualify opportunities
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of AI deployments from planning to production
• Translate objectives into actionable technical plans and roadmaps
• Lead alignment sessions with customer executives to navigate trade-offs, costs, scope, and risks
• Transition frontier AI products to production, driving core metrics and user adoption
• Travel up to 30% for client engagements
• Capture field learnings and build repeatable templates and feature requests for engineering
• Collaborate daily across cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions
• Experience designing end-to-end AI systems (e.g., RAG, vector databases, API integrations) and defining AI product/workflow specifications
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving technical deployments, and managing stakeholders
