Responsibilities
- Deliver Nuclear design work for UK and overseas clients
- Prepare detailed technical civil engineering designs
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects
- Support project delivery to meet programme, quality, and client expectations
- Mentor and develop graduate team members
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Civil Engineering; Chartered status desirable
- Experience in one or more civil engineering specialist areas
- Ability to prepare design work across project scopes with supervision
- Knowledge of civil engineering plants, systems, and equipment relevant to design
- Familiarity with design guides, standards, regulations, processes
- Ability to specify and interpret technical information
- Experience delivering projects within multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of design tools, IT systems, and engineering software
- Ability to mentor Graduate Engineers and Technicians
- Strong understanding of engineering design principles
