Associate Director Electrical

Overview

In this Associate Director role, you will provide strategic leadership for multidisciplinary projects within our London-based Building Services team. You will drive high-quality design delivery, elevate technical standards, and collaborate with senior MEP leaders to support business objectives. The role focuses on leading project delivery, mentoring teams, and ensuring robust technical outcomes. You will engage in workshops and reviews to leverage firm-wide expertise, shaping resilient, high-voltage designs and delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as Project Leader/Director for multidisciplinary projects, coordinating with a Project Director on technical and financial aspects
• Advocate for robust, high-quality designs and technical excellence
• Own High Voltage systems and resilient designs, mentoring others while ensuring product delivery
• Lead or contribute to high-level project technical/quality reviews
• Mentor junior team members and enable meaningful delegation
• Oversee project delivery programs and contribute to resource management
• Organize project workshops to harness firm-wide expertise for project success
