Overview

In this role you lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise AI products within BCG’s GenAI portfolio, from concept through launch and ongoing improvement. You’ll balance rapid prototyping with production-grade delivery, govern asset reuse across evolving platforms, and collaborate across engineering, risk/compliance, and leadership to deliver measurable impact. The position offers a chance to shape a growing portfolio in a high-autonomy, data-driven environment and to influence governance as AI capabilities scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own AI products end-to-end from concept to rollout and ongoing improvements
  • Prototype rapidly with AI-native tooling and scale with engineering while maintaining production-grade quality
  • Rationalize and future-proof the portfolio by consolidating tools and ensuring reuse across platforms
  • Establish governance and scalable release workflows (risk, legal, privacy, compliance)
  • Track usage and quantify impact, delivering leadership-ready adoption metrics
  • Collaborate closely with engineering on architecture, tooling decisions, and feasibility to avoid writing production code

Key requirements

  • 5–7 years of product management or equivalent product role
  • Hands-on experience with Anthropic and/or OpenAI (skills, plugins, agents, or MCP integrations)
  • Consulting background or experience delivering to senior professional audiences
  • Deep fluency in modern AI tooling (agent architectures, multi-agent orchestration, LLM routing, human-in-the-loop, evals)
  • Ability to build beyond day-to-day work (personal projects, prototypes)
  • Understanding of agile principles and tooling (JIRA)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and establishing governance where none exists
