Overview
As Integration Project Manager within the Finance Transformation programme, you drive data and technical change delivery across SAP-enabled reforms. You will act as the bridge to senior IM&T stakeholders, ensuring alignment of schedules, resources and costs. You shape governance, risk, and integration dependencies to unlock business value. This role places you at the heart of a technology-led transformation with a clear impact on performance and decision support.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the programme and Sector/LoB IM&T teams, building stakeholder relationships and representing priorities
- Collaborate with leadership, partners, and IM&T teams to identify and manage data, integration, environment, and technical dependencies
- Lead planning and coordination of data and technical change delivery aligned with schedules and cost estimates
- Influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with senior stakeholders to support timely delivery
- Proactively manage RAID (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies) with mitigation and governance alignment
- Facilitate governance meetings, post-implementation reviews, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned
Key requirements
- Formal Project Management certification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 or ChPP
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Activate and experience in SAP-enabled business transformation
- Understanding of Waterfall and Hybrid Agile delivery
