Responsibilities

• Provide high-level incident response and technical direction to a global operations team
• Hands-on production support across Linux/Windows environments
• Manage priority clients and serve as escalation point for critical issues
• Oversee incident management workflows and coordinate with support teams
• Perform reporting and ensure SSAE16 compliance and security controls
• Collaborate on hosted/managed system operations for trading, connectivity, and risk management platforms
• Maintain strong client management and governance in a high-profile MSP context

Key requirements

• 10 years of commercial experience in ops/infrastructure
• Linux and Windows system administration
• Exposure to firewalls and networking (TCP/IP)
• Experience with outsourced infrastructure or cloud environments
• Client management experience
• Vendor or Rackspace exposure (preferred)
• Technology management background
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
