As part of Gallagher’s Real Estate practice in London, you will manage a portfolio of Real Estate clients, ensuring high-quality service and smooth renewals. You’ll coordinate data, liaise with clients and insurers, and steward renewals to timely completion. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Real Estate clients and maintain high service standards
  • Create and update documents for new customers, mid-term changes, and renewals
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity in the system
  • Obtain renewal terms and evaluate options to propose best solutions
  • Prepare renewal closings from meeting minutes and ensure cover by renewal date
  • Liaise with clients and insurers, confirm cover, process policies, and chase outstanding documents
  • Address account queries and credit control matters
  • Apply relevant legal and regulatory policies to internal procedures and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewals in line with procedures to deliver positive client outcomes

Key requirements

  • Previous experience as an Account Handler within Real Estate or Property (essential)
  • Cert CII or GCSE-equivalent qualifications are desirable
  • Experience working to targets within a regulated, measurable framework with SLA achievement
  • Strong communication and social skills with solid customer service experience
  • Due diligence, organised, and deadline-driven with good information analysis
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, proactive team support
