Overview

In this role you help ensure quality across Arm’s global supply chain by aligning customer expectations with execution. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, and suppliers to drive quality actions and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the supply chain. You’ll lead audits, compliance activities, and the use of core tools to prevent non-conformances and strengthen customer confidence. The position offers collaboration with OEMs and Tier-1s and a path to impact product quality at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations
  • Interpret and flow down customer, product, quality, and regulatory requirements across the supply chain
  • Act as primary contact for customer compliance activities (audits, assessments, questionnaires, scorecards)
  • Guide suppliers and internal teams on APQP/PPAP and core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC)
  • Investigate non-conformances, drive root cause analysis, and verify preventive actions
  • Track compliance metrics and deliver assurance reports to inform leadership and customers
  • Build trusted relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers

Key requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Ability to lead multi-functional teams without formal authority
  • Experience auditing against IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or VDA 6.3
  • Practical knowledge of APQP and core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
