In this Bath-based role, you operate as a self-employed consultant in employment law, advising employers and employees and handling settlement agreements. You manage your own caseload within a supportive, diverse firm network. The position offers a fee-share model with strong earning potential depending on caseload, and the chance to work on contracts, policies, and tribunal matters if desired. You’ll join a professional, inclusive environment and may bring an established client following.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers and/or employees on employment law matters
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements
• Drafting contracts, policies, and employee handbooks
• Handling tribunal work if desired
• Managing your own caseload and workflow
