Repairs Supervisor

Overview

As Repairs Supervisor in North West London, you will lead a team of trade operatives on a busy social housing repairs contract, ensuring responsive works are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality. You’ll partner with tenants and stakeholders to maintain service standards and customer focus. This role sits at the heart of our maintenance operations, driving efficiency and safety at every step. You will work within a trusted, established contract and have the chance to shape day-to-day repair delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of trade operatives
• Oversee responsive repairs and maintenance works
• Carry out inspections and monitor quality of works
• Ensure works are completed within required timescales
• Manage health & safety and site procedures compliance
• Support operatives with day-to-day issues
• Liaise with tenants, operatives and stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Identify and resolve issues to progress works

Key requirements

• Experience as Repairs Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Site Supervisor or similar
• Experience in social housing, housing maintenance or responsive repairs is desirable
• SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely (minimum)
• Asbestos Awareness – UKATA or IATP
• Basic DBS
• Relevant trade or management qualification (where applicable)
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence
