Overview

As Technical Coordinator, you will support the delivery of new build residential developments from inception to completion. You will work closely with the technical and architectural teams to manage drawing packages, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Building Regs and NHBC standards. Your role bridges design, commercial, and production, focusing on critical path and programme interrogation to keep projects on track. Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and drawing packages with the technical team and architects
• Liaise with commercial and production teams to ensure timely delivery
• Question and verify design information across all disciplines
• Interpret and negotiate compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, and sustainability targets
• Understand and interrogate project programmes, identify Critical Paths
• Communicate effectively with all disciplines and manage people and processes
• Organise and coordinate team activities to deliver projects on schedule

Key requirements

• Residential developer experience of 5+ years on multiple new build developments from inception to completion
• Strong knowledge of the development/technical design process
• Experience with RC frame and timber frame construction
• Ability to interrogate design information across disciplines
• Architectural background; AutoCAD beneficial
• Understanding of Building Regs, NHBC Standards, and sustainability
• Ability to interpret project programmes and critical paths
• Degree or relevant professional qualification
• Strong communication, organizational, and people-management skills
• High attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
