Overview

In this Transformation & Operations Director role, you will lead operational performance and long-term transformation for a flagship Mitie account in the financial services sector. You’ll partner with senior client stakeholders and Mitie leadership to shape strategy, drive continuous improvement, and scale transformation programmes. This role blends operations excellence with strategic leadership to deliver meaningful impact for clients and colleagues. You will influence future operating models and growth within a high-profile, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational performance across a large, complex facilities management contract
  • Build trusted, strategic partnerships with senior client stakeholders
  • Drive transformation programmes, innovation initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Support development of future operating models and account growth opportunities
  • Act as deputy to the Account Director and shape account strategy
  • Collaborate with client and Mitie leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery

Key requirements

  • Experience leading large-scale FM, workplace, or integrated service environments
