Overview
As a Staff Product Designer, you will own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, shaping governance, content workflows, and analytics to enable scalable admin and compliance for thousands of creators. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to define direction, turn ambiguity into concrete roadmaps, and raise the bar for enterprise design. Your work will translate complex policies into transparent, trusted user experiences that support seven-figure renewals. Responsibilities
- Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration
- Design governance and compliance systems (permission models, audit logs, identity/workflows, licensing, analytics)
- Collaborate with engineering; understand APIs, widget architectures, and developer hubs to inform UX
- Drive pragmatic iteration with ruthlessly scoped POCs and feedback from enterprise customers
- Set a coherent design vision for the Enterprise surface and ensure consistency as scale grows
- Influence adjacent product areas to maintain coherence across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing
Key requirements
- Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces (admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms)
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, widget architectures, and developer hubs; ability to read architecture docs
- Systems thinking about identity, compliance, and scale in enterprise UX
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning unclear problems into clear direction
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making
- Experience designing workflows centered on trust, transparency, and user control in AI-driven contexts
- Ability to leverage user feedback to meet high-stakes enterprise needs including quality and compliance
