Overview
In this role you will plan, execute, and finalize offshore subsea projects within budget and deadlines. You will coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors, define objectives, and ensure quality throughout the life cycle. You’ll work closely with Service Excellence, manage budgets and risks, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance and demobilisation activities. This is an opportunity to support critical offshore operations and contribute to reliable, safe project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Attend demob meetings and support incoming inspection of ROV/ROV Tooling assets
- Prepare budgets, detailed reports, and present findings to Service Excellence
- Maintain and communicate project scope, progress, risks, and budget changes to stakeholders
- Create and update project schedules and action registers
- Develop and monitor KPIs for initial assessments and asset demobilisation OTD (14 days)
- Coordinate system walk-throughs with stakeholders during maintenance and handover
- Organise close-out meetings to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with quality and engineering to exchange information and provide technical advice
- Work with functional teams to improve Workshop processes and ensure procedures are followed
- Ensure safety and professional conduct in all assigned projects
Key requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical systems in offshore/subsea environments (ROV Systems and Tooling)
- Proficiency in engineering drawings, processes, and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in generating quotations (detailed and high-level) is desired
- Knowledge of ROV systems and tooling assembly, maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations
- Project management qualification (PMQ) or ability to obtain
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
