Overview
In this role you will own the end-to-end supply chain for a dedicated business unit within a global manufacturing group. You will manage stock, lead supplier relationships, and drive efficiency while minimizing risk and costs. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, manufacturers and logistics partners to maintain stock availability and deliver strong customer satisfaction, with weekly operational reporting and a focus on continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end supply chain processes for a business unit
- Manage stock availability and stock levels
- Cultivate supplier relationships and logistics partnerships
- Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements
- Minimise operational risk and cost while sustaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manufacturers to align on delivery and costs
- Monitor and report weekly on operational performance and KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and metrics
Key requirements
- Prior experience in supply chain and logistics operations with a customer experience focus
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with consideration for product innovation and development
