You will work on follow-on and standalone damages, and collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, gaining early responsibility in a premier practice. Responsibilities
- Advise on significant competition disputes, including damages claims and collective proceedings before the CAT
- Handle High Court and CAT litigation tasks and cross-border disputes
- Collaborate with an international client base and senior partners
- Contribute to a fast-paced, top-tier litigation practice with early-level responsibility
Key requirements
- England & Wales-qualified Solicitor or foreign-qualified with strong UK competition disputes experience
- PQE between 1.5 and 4 years
- Experience in High Court and/or Competition Appeal Tribunal litigation
- Excellent academics and ability to thrive in a first-rate team
