DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

You will lead a team to build, operate, and continuously improve secure data platform capabilities on both on-premise and cloud. You’ll partner with engineering and customer leaders to shape platform roadmaps and deliver high-throughput data solutions. You’ll drive CI/CD, GitOps (ArgoCD), and automated deployment, while improving observability for resilient operations. You’ll use IaC and platform automation (Helm, Go, Terraform) to deliver repeatable environments and mentor teams to adopt modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and operation of high-capacity data platforms on-prem and in the cloud
• Shape platform, infrastructure, and delivery roadmaps with engineering and customer leads
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD)
• Implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, logging/alerting) for reliable platform operations
• Use IaC and automation (Helm, Go, Terraform) to deliver repeatable environments
• Mentor engineers, review approaches, and promote best DevOps/platform engineering practices
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure delivery aligns with user needs, security, and operational constraints

Key requirements

• Experience leading platform engineering or DevOps teams
• Strong background in CI/CD, GitOps, and modern deployment practices
• Proficiency with ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana, logging and alerting
• Hands-on experience with Helm, Go, Terraform, and IaC
• Ability to design and operate high-throughput data platforms (on-prem and cloud)
• Mentorship and capability-building in engineering teams
• Experience with agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
