Overview
In this role you will join a leading Property Energy & Infrastructure group to advise on energy-related property work for developers, funders and investors. You will work within a cross-functional team on complex energy projects, acquisitions, funding and asset sales across Scotland and England. The role offers exposure to a broad portfolio—from wind and hydro to district energy networks—and strong training and career progression. You contribute to delivering tier-one legal support in a high-profile, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities
- advise on the property aspects of energy projects and infrastructure developments
- support acquisitions, funding rounds and asset sales in the energy sector
- collaborate within a wider multi-disciplinary team delivering energy and infrastructure projects
- build client relationships and provide practical, commercial property solutions
- develop expertise in energy property work across Scotland and/or England
Key requirements
- 2–6 years’ PQE with experience in property, ideally energy-related, in Scotland and/or England
- dual qualification (Scottish and English) or strong grounding in general commercial property
