External Site Manager

Overview

As External Site Manager you will own the external works on a high-rise residential scheme in London, coordinating façade, envelope, roofing, balconies and landscaping. You’ll lead subcontractors, drive programme delivery, and uphold safety and quality on site. Working with the Project Manager and the wider team, you ensure works meet specification and schedule. This role offers impact in a major London development with a strong project group supporting you.

Responsibilities

• Manage external packages (facade, envelope, roofing, balconies, landscaping)
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor programme delivery
• Maintain health & safety and quality standards on site
• Collaborate with Project Manager and site team to align on goals
• Ensure works are delivered on programme and to specification

Key requirements

• Experience managing external packages on high-rise residential projects
• Strong subcontractor management skills
• Background with reputable main contractors or developers
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
