Overview
In this role you will deliver project controls and PMO services for major energy infrastructure projects. You will work with client and contractor teams to manage reporting, earned value, cost and schedule variance, and critical path analyses, ensuring safe and compliant delivery. You’ll help establish project controls frameworks, drive information sharing, and support resourcing across the commission. This is a chance to contribute to decarbonisation efforts by enabling efficient, high‑quality project delivery at pace.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a project controls service with reporting, management information, earned value, and variance analyses
- Manage cost, schedule variance, estimates at completion, and critical path analysis on major projects
- Ensure safe, high‑quality, and compliant delivery while promoting inclusion and wellbeing
- Deliver PMO and project controls frameworks and engage stakeholders
- Support teams across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting; contribute to long‑term strategic improvement
- Drive knowledge sharing and support resourcing and recruitment for the commission
Key requirements
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development
- Degree qualified with three years’ relevant experience in linear infrastructure delivery
