Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end delivery for a suite of Identity & Access Management products within the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will align with product and engineering leadership, coordinate releases across a distributed team, and serve as the primary delivery lead for a key client engagement. You help the organization securely serve clients at scale by guiding cross-functional execution and risk management. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable plans and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery across Identity & Access Management platforms, ensuring on-time and within-scope execution
- Manage a geographically distributed team to build a high-performance, collaborative delivery culture
- Partner with Product Owner to refine requirements and translate them into milestone-driven delivery plans
- Own delivery for a key client engagement, coordinating across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Drive agile practices (scrum, backlog, sprints, retros) and maintain delivery visibility with JIRA
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies, implementing contingency plans
- Coordinate cross-functional releases across distributed teams for smooth deployment
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve program reporting and data-driven insights
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment
Key requirements
- Formal training or certification in technical program management concepts
- Experience leading large, complex technology programs in matrixed organizations
- Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams and foster high-performing cultures
- Technical fluency to understand engineering requirements and dependencies
- Hands-on experience with agile delivery and JIRA for backlog and sprint management
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders
