Director – Turnkey

Overview

As Turnkey Director you will lead and grow the integrated project, programme and contract management services for clients across the UK and Ireland. You will blend client-facing consultancy with contractor management to deliver value and outcomes aligned to the firm’s growth vision. You’ll drive strategic initiatives and implement tools to evolve the business while ensuring client objectives are met with high-quality delivery. This role offers leadership of a small team within a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Promote, develop, and lead project, construction and contract management services within turnkey and integrated project solutions for clients
• Manage and report on performance of project, construction and contract management services
• Grow and complement services to justify recruitment and scale
• Contribute to strategic growth and implement appropriate tools to develop the business
• Ensure client objectives are met through value-added project, construction and contract management services

Key requirements

• Demonstrable technical expertise in contractor project management and experience leading a small team
• Experience delivering consultancy project management services
• Industry-related degree and RICS or CIOB Chartered status
• Experience delivering turnkey solutions within a consultancy environment
