Overview
In this role you lead engineering design projects at our Bristol site, applying formal project management techniques to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to monitor risks, costs, and documentation, driving project success and margins. This is a hands-on, stakeholder-facing position that contributes to a global packaging machinery leader. You will shape project execution within a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities
- Plan activities, milestones and execute project plan from kick-off to delivery
- Monitor costs and maintain project margin
- Follow internal processes and provide required reporting
- Engage directly with customers
- Perform project risk management and reporting
- Budgeting and control of development expenses
- Maintain all internal and external documentation
Key requirements
- Formal Project Management Qualification (APM, Prince2, PMI)
- Minimum 5 years practical Project Management experience within an engineering design and manufacture environment
- A formal engineering qualification (HNC/HND) as a minimum
- MS Office package – particularly Excel & Projects
- Valid driving license
