Overview
In this role you drive electrical maintenance and installation operations across the Hinkley Point C site, ensuring quality and reliability. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver on SLAs and KPIs, support service mobilisations, and uphold safety and QA standards. The position offers influence over maintenance strategy and continuous improvement in a landmark project. You will partner with leadership to achieve hard services excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams, client contacts and subcontractors to ensure cohesive delivery
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance to meet SLAs and KPIs, and manage minor works pricing and delivery across the HPC estate
- Allocate resources and manage team schedules to meet contract requirements within budget
- Prepare RAMS, enforce H&S policies, and maintain robust QA procedures
- Support leadership with monthly/annual client reporting, continuous improvement, and service mobilisations
Key requirements
- ONC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience with HV/LV systems, standby power, and UPS
- Strong track record of developing and allocating work to a team
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage workloads and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
